fusion 360 education plan not activating

Anonymous
Not applicable

I received the email saying I have educational access to Autodesk products, however once signed in to my account on fusion 360 with the same email it boots up saying my subscription is expired and was in the trial mode previously. This error hasn't resolved itself in the month I've been on trial mode as many guides said it would, and there is no point of contact to discuss this bug as the AI helper in education support has no idea what I'm on about. Is there any way to contact a human to manually change my account?

Any help?

Hi @Anonymous - While Educational Access gives you free access to Autodesk products, you will still need to request/activate a license per-product by clicking Get Started here.
