Fusion 360 drawing will not load in team hub for viewing

hello,

 

my team will really benefit from using the the tools available on the hub to view and markup drawings when we are in our development phase.  for a very recent trial model, the 3-D model will load for view but the drawing will not.  it just hovers all day at the screen that says 2 of 3 discovering viewables.

i have tried both operating systems, different browsers and viewing by different members of the team

what should i be looking for as the possible source for this issue.  without that function working 100%, we can not really use it at all.

@thereseEHZU6 If the progress is getting stuck then behind the scene it has crashed. Can you please share your drawing and your design so that we can try this on our end to see where this is crashing? If you cannot share this here, please email the design to Raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com or you can invite me into your project as well.

@thereseEHZU6 Thank you for sharing the data. After exploring your drawings, I can now confirm that our viewer is not  working for any drawings. We are investigating to see what could be happening.

@thereseEHZU6 We believe we have identified the issue and are working to resolve. Not sure of an ETA at this time. I will keep this post updated.

i very much appreciate your taking the time to address this and look forward to hearing that it is resolved so that i can get my team utilizing the viewing environment.  when working properly, it will be a valuable asset to our workflow.

@thereseEHZU6 We have fixed the problem but there is a small catch on drawings that you already created and saved in the latest update. they will still fail to show viewable. If you save the file again then it will trigger what is needed and you will see the viewable. New drawings you create from here on will not have any issues. So for drawings that you had saved over the last week, you will have to save again. We apologize for the inconvenience  and also appreciate your patience while we worked this out.
