Fusion 360 drawing from design doesn't launch in Windows 10

Hi, I would like to create a drawing from design. Let's say I have the design file opened and I click on create drawing from design, then new tab with the drawings opens but it is empty, white and I cannot place any models into it. This happens with all my designs, and it happens on Windows 10. If I open the same designs on my Mac, creating drawing from design works flawlessly. I can also create drawing templates etc, it all works fine. On Windows nothing connected to drawing (also drawing templates) doesnt work. I've tried to open some previous drawings that i've made on Mac and they open and load but I can't edit them.

Does anyone have any idea what to do? Creating this drawings is quite crucial to my work...

hi,

please show a screencast and share your design

File > export > save as f3d locally  > attach it to the next post.

Hi, attached please find the exported file (I've used the lamp example) and a screencast. It also shows that once I click "create drawing from design" and the new tab opens I can't go back to the design tab - it looks like the whole Fusion stops to work.

Thanks for your tip! I did the clean uninstall procedure and re-installed fusion but unfortunately there is no difference - still doesn't work.

Hi,

Other possibilities:
1. test with Fusion Account on a 2nd PC
2. create new user on the current PC > install Fusion there > start with known account
I have a second (clean) user for such cases that the default profile is corrupted.
