Fusion 360 does not launch

After the latest Fusion 360 update(about a week ago), I can no longer launch the program.

The program freezes at the logo screen forever(not the splash screen). Sometimes it can make it into the main UI but gives me an error of no internet connection, then automatically exits.

I have tried the cleaner tool. Reinstall and still not work. I can pass all the network checks. Tried resetting the networks, but no luck. I can run Fusion 360(directly copied from my main) on my old laptop under the same router without any problems.

I can log in to my account, but the state persists even after I close Fusion 360.

I tried to kick my account offline using my laptop. After that, it still freezes at the logo.

I have checked my windows update history and found no system updates recently. Also, I don't think I changed any system settings before the Fusion 360 update.

OS: Windows 10 21H2 with the latest updates
GPU: RTX3070 with the latest driver

I tried to run as admin, and it worked.

Strange.
