Fusion 360 Display elements flickering on RX 5600M GPU

Hello, I have a Dell G5 SE laptop, with an RX 5600M GPU, and integrated AMD graphics as well. I have been trying to find a solution for a bug where menus flicker when they are moused over / away from, and other various display issues. the only fix I have found is going into Windows settings and putting Fusion on power saving mode, causing it to use integrated graphics and not the RX 5600M. However, this causes fusion to perform poorly. If someone could come up with a better fix, that would be great. Thank you.

I am also using the same laptop for fusion, and I am facing issues with graphics, the whole UI feels stuttery!

I have the same laptop, G5 with the RX 5600M GPU and have a similar problem. The screen will not refresh properly until the mouse pointer is moved over the affected area. It makes fusion unworkable, as you have to spend your time moving the mouse around to refresh the screen. And that doesn't always work. Only one other application (a java-based app for furniture / room layout in 3d) gives similar problems. I have put in a support request to Dell, but I'm expecting the usual, "no it's not us, it's them kind of response." Which seems to be the Fusion response, judging from the lack of traction here.

PS - the G% is recommended all over the internet as a good machine for Fusion 360, but with the Intel / nVidia setup. Not a good look for Fusion 360 if it doesn't actually play nice with all flavours of the G5!
