Fusion 360 dimension tool ignoring keyboard inputs / not working

Hi.

So I've having a problem manually entering any dimensions while in a sketch, where I enter the diameter of a circle and my input is completely ignored and wherever I had my cursor is what the dimension will be. As you could imagine this makes it incredibly difficult to get any sort of accuracy in fusion without being able to enter any dimensions besides with pixel perfect mouse movements. I hunted all around the UI to see if I accidentally hit something awhile back. Can't find anything related to this. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Edit: I should mention that this is an intermittent issue. It happens about 95% of the time. But once in a blue moon when I start up fusion I'll be able to enter dimensions properly, However mid project it'll do it again and I'm back to the slow crawl of nudging my mouse a few microns to get that perfect dimension.

Hi,

are you using W7 > take a look here.

Workaround:

1. create sketch element > ok

2. dimension element > ok

Yes I am on windows 7 64bit, and that link you provided solved the issue. Running it in windows 7 compatibility mode(even though I'm on windows 7?) worked like a charm. Thank you.
