Fusion 360 crashing to partial splash screen

I have had several incidents today of Fusion 360 crashing either while working within a part/assembly or just sitting idle. What happens is that I am presented with the view shown in my attachment (Fusion 360 Crash.jpg). I have to use "End Task" within the Windows  Task Manager to close the program. I have also attached the diagnostic log file.

You probably want to just start with a clean uninstall/reinstall of Fusion
