Hey guys,
I recently bought a new notebook, I'm doing a project on fusion 360, however it's crashing a lot when I give the cut command.
The project is not complex and not big, I would like to know if anyone has been through this?
happens in several projects
The notebook configuration is
intel i7 9a generation
gtx1660ti 6gb ddr6
16gb RAM
SSD 500gb

Could you help us out and attach a sample file, that is giving your issues, to your forum post. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

When you do the Extrude and you want to "drag" the depth of cut instead of entering a value, you need to drag on the blue arrow not in space. Please attach your model for a demonstration if you would like.

I do not see any evidence of a crash in that video. This model is more complex than you think, especially to do a cut like that. You are just seeing a lag while Fusion computes the cut. You might be better off just typing in the depth. Can you share the model here, so we can take a look?
