In this other thread, are you talking about the same issue? In that post, the user is describing their entire machine locking up. It looks like you have a different issue, crashing while opening a design. Please confirm.

I'm looking into your crash reports, and I see 10 reports since October 22. Thanks for sending in every one of those. They all help engineers like me sort out these issues when they happen.
The reports are almost entirely one issue identified with specific data, and the opening of data. You mention this happening with all of your designs, so just to confirm, you cannot open any one single design on your computer?
Just to be extra sure, if you haven't yet, can you restart your computer and wifi router, and then try again?
