When I try to change teams I can not. Fusion opens and runs fine in the one that start with, but when I try to change to other teams it crashes. The moment i click on the name of the other team fusion freezes and crashes. Please help.

Hi,

Your crashes are related to a lack of memory condition while Fusion is running. In some cases, this might be related to a full hard drive, or temporary RAM state.

  • Can you try this? Check the memory of your computer, is it nearly full?
  • Restart your computer.

Can you switch teams without crashing now?

I have this problem all the time. My 1 tb hard drive is less than 30% full and my computer has 64 gb of RAM. If Fusion takes more than that to simply switch teams, there's a HUGE problem in the background

Hi,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to respond.

Looking at your crashes, I see you have sent reports for several issues, thanks for sending those reports. It really helps to be able to look up your entire crash history.

The fix for the memory issue is currently being worked on and tested. Sorry for any inconvenience until we are able to address it in a future update.

I have exactly the same problem. I have a base model 14" M1 MacBook Pro (16G ram). When I check my activity monitor after fusion crashes I see that it's trying to use more than 60GB of ram.

This is after reinstalling fusion and restarting my computer. I have attached a copy of the crash log.

@marloes3686V @gmdimarzio88   If you can provide a crash report number I'm happy to look into it.
