Thanks for posting! I believe you are experiencing a known issue discussed yesterday in this forum thread - with that said, I found that I was able to download a PNG copy of your file with a transparent background from the rendering gallery in Fusion as well as the website. 

In the thread yesterday, the transparent background was working with the TIFF file but not the PNG - I appear to be seeing the opposite behavior today. I've added this information to our report with the rendering team on this issue (internal reference FUS-39686). 

This behavior seems to be inconsistent, but it appears that it can be worked around for the most part by trying other file formats for the download. It looks like you are downloading PNG files through the rendering site - do TIFF files work for you, either through Fusion or the web browser?
