Fusion 360 Cloud Credits

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a student license, and it says i should have unlimited credits, yet i only have 16, and can't do a turntable because that requires something like 136. Can i do something about the credits ? I have been verified for being eligible for a strudent license several months ago and even when i open fusion, it says Education License.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for raising this issue. You should have unlimited cloud credits, so it's interesting that you do not, especially if Fusion 360 is showing that you have an EDU entitlement.

I'm looking into some more info for you and will follow-up here when I know more.

Thanks,

Gabe

Hi  @alexandru.tamas.d,

Apologies for the delay here, but according to our records, it looks like this should now be resolved for you. Is that correct?

After consuming your individual Cloud Credits, your unlimited educational Cloud Credits should have kicked in for you.

Could you please confirm?

Thanks,

Gabe
