Followed the steps here to try and fix the sign in page not opening but to no avail.

The client downloader I used was version 17954.2.0.0 from earlier today.

@ThePieMonster Can you provide us the log files?

1. Go to add/remove program

2. Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify to launch the Fusion service utility
3. Gather system info
4. Attach the Fusion zip files here.

Where is the zip file located? I do not see any zip files being created after the utility runs and automatically closes. @RajkumarIlanchelian

@ThePieMonster If  it is closing without showing you a location it is likely that it did not create the zip. We can collect the files manually - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-manually-co...

Will need the application and the service log files, please.

The zip folder attached was from around the same time as when I ran the info tool so just zipped up 2 of those files.

Also attached the streamer log.

@ThePieMonster Can you please get me the service logs as well?

Service Log Files

For issues connecting to Autodesk servers. The file location and name is different depending on which version of Fusion is installed.

Id Services Log File exists on version 2.0.15775 or newer:

  • Windows OS: %localappdata%\Autodesk\Identity Services\Log\IdServices.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Identity Services/Log/IdServices.log

Looks like the SSO process is not working correctly.

Failed to launch SSO process C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdskIdentityManager\1.10.10.1/AdskIdentityManager.exe

@ThePieMonster For now can you go into add/remove program - uninstall Autodesk Identity manager - restart machine - Now see if Fusion is working? This may cause problems for other Autodesk products but I first want to resolve Fusion and I think I know what could be happening here to resolve the other issues if we hit them.

The SSO process is launching a cached version now.

I tried launching the AdskIdentityManager.exe myself in a admin CMD window using the same command the log file stated and I see the below message.

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\b0c303e70bd97cfdc195adab65922cfeffcb363a\Autodesk Identity Manager>AdskIdentityManager.exe --process_name Autodesk.IDSDK.DefaultProcess-v2 --server_name Autodesk.IDSDK.DefaultServer-v2
The system cannot find the file C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\b0c303e70bd97cfdc195adab65922cfeffcb363a\Autodesk Identity Manager\AdskIdentityManager.exe.

The file in question is present however so I am unsure as to why its showing its not available.
