I was required to change the e-mail of my Autodesk account as part of the University's requirement (I was using a personal email and now I'm using my university provided email). After this process, my saved files disappeared, that is until I changed my team or re log in to fusion. each time I do any of those, there is a random chance where I would be switched to the old data save or new data save. It almost seems that my account was registered as 2 separate accounts.
