Hi Pritam,

Can you try the below

1. log into accounts.autodesk.com to confirm that all your information is corrrect, i.e email address, id, etc. as well do a password refresh just to make sure.

2. then do a full browser history / cache clear and reboot your machine, then log back into Fusion 360 and try to set it up again with a new browser (chrome)

let me know if that doesn't work for you.

Thanks,

Hi Pritam, sorry for the trouble here.

  • I'll move your post over to the Fusion 360 Forum vs. where it's at now in the A360 forum so that team can assist you further on this.
  • My initial thought was that it was a simple Account ID access issue, however, it now doesn't appear as so.

We're currently in the middle of our planned outage this morning for the next few hours, however, after everything comes back online then someone will be able to reach out to you.

Thanks,

The maintenance window is over now.

This error usually occurs when there is a problem creating an account for a new user. Is this the first time you are signing into Fusion 360?

There are usually two common root causes for this. One is that there are problems with the network communications. The other is there could be a stalled process in the back office.

The below link contains some suggestions that are helpful to help us determine whether or not it is the first or the latter. Are you able to create a new account with a different email address? If not, it may indicate that the network is not configured for Fusion 360.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Una...

I will send a note to the back-office team and ask them to check on the status of your hub being creation. I can circle back as soon as I get an update. Let me know if you have any quesitons. I hope this helps!

Thanks,

I've been able to confirm with the operations team that the hub associated with the e-mail address for the @Anonymous was successfully generated. You should be able to sign into Fusion 360 with this account and not receive a warning about the hub.

If you log into your dashboard via a web browser, this will also allow you to access your hub.The link to sign in is below.

https://myhub.autodesk360.com

Do you receive any different warnings or errors?

Thanks,

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear about this issue. It's likely that this is a network related issue.

Do you the ports and domains in the below link are open for access on your network?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/a360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Network-C...

Could a 3rd party application like anti-virus or a firewall be interfering with the network communications?

The below link details how you can collect log files from the system manually. Could you collect these log files and post them here?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

The log files may contain some further information I can use to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks!

@Anonymous It looks like you are behind a proxy server. This looks like a network issue you to me. Have you added the domains and ports to the exception list on your network?

The below links contains some suggestions that may help:

I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

In the log files, I'm noting the below error messages that indicate to me this may be a network related issue.

20170402T155155 E 1491128505610 1491128515124 GET https://login.autodesk360.com/login/api/sites?edition=personal&owner=@me 5 Could not resolve proxy: login.autodesk360.com
20170402T155144 D getHubStatusFromJson-SSLHandshakeErrorJSON:

It is odd that you would be able to use a different account (on the same network) without issue though. Thank you for this information.

If you log into the below address with the account, are there any errors reported during the sign-in process for the problem account?

https://myhub.autodesk360.com

If so, can you post an image of the error message in your reply?

Also, do you know if you signed up for a trial of Fusion Team with this account?

I look forward to your reply. Please let me know if anything is unclear.

Thank you,

I have the same problems, and as it now is more users with the same issue in the same timeframe, it suggests that the issue is at your end.

Shame, I suggested to my brother to buy Fusion licenses to their company instead of AutoCAD....

@michael_graff I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties. If this issue is impacting multiple users it is likely that there is a network conflict that is causing the issue. Have you reviewed the suggestions above to make sure that your network has access to the required domains and ports? If not, you may want to share the links in the above conversation with the network administrator.

Other things in the environment like anti-virus software or background processes can also interfere with network communications. Have you tried disabling any anti-virus, firewalls, or unecessary background applications to see if there is a change in behavior? Recently I came across a case where Lavasoft's web companion was the root cause. It's been noted in the below link which contains additional diagnostic suggestions you may try.

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...

If you share you diagnostic log files, I'll be happy to take a closer look and see if i can find out what is happening.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

When you launch Fusion 360 and try to sign into the desktop client application, you are receiving the warning "Unable to set up Fusion 360 for your Autodesk account." Is that correct?

Please try the following steps:

1. Browse to the below website in a web browser:

https://myhub.autodesk360.com

2. Sign into the website with the same account

Do you receive any errors or messages? If so, please capture an image of the error message and share it with me here.

I will ask the back-office team to review your account again. Last time they only confirmed that your hub was successfully generated. There were no actions taken by the back office team.

Can you send me a private message in the forum to confirm the email address you are signing into Fusion 360 with? I'm requesting review of the GMAIL account. Is this the correct account?

Thanks,
