Fusion 360 cannot be opened

I was trying to open my Fusion 360 software today when I got a pop-up that said：
               There was an error logging into Fusion 360.

               Please read this support article for a possible solution to this login issue.

After closing this pop-up, it pops up again after a while, causing me to not open Fusion 360 properly.

Please forgive me for not being able to attach pictures here, I don't know why, but when I add pictures or codes to the postings I make, this forum identifies my posts as spam and deletes them!
