fusion 360 can't start. help please

Hello 

today when i try to start up fusion 360, it won't start. When i dubble clik on the fusion 360 icon on my desktop. nothing happens. When i try to uninstalle fusion it says that something in the program is already running and i have to close the programe before uninstalling. but the program is not running. I have tried to turn my computer off and on. And right after my computer has started up i try to uninstalle. but it still says the same. nothings of the program is running becouse my computer has just ben restarted.

please help. i found this text file in a folder. maybe it is usefull to solve this problem.

Hi @maxSE6ML,

That log file suggests that your device may be out of storage space - could you please confirm if this is the case?

 

Additionally, that log is specific to the installer, but does not contain entries for the Fusion application itself (they are stored separately). Because Fusion 360 is not launching, could you please attempt to manually collect its application logs using the instructions in this article?

Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<AlphaNumeric Folder>\logs  ... (look for all *.log files)
C:\Users\<username<\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs ... (look for all *.log files - logs here when login is unsuccessful)
