@theorginalprattay @Did you have a student license before and this is a new account ?

Fusion online is not for personal license.

However, I may be understanding the actual problem wrongly. Did you install Fusion 360 and on the sign in button and it is not opening a browser? If this is the case likely you just need to give permissions to the browser. Also, choose another browser as a default and see if that is working.

@theorginalprattay @What is your default browser? When you click on sign in , can you go to your browser and see if if there is a pop that is being blocked? Also if you change your default browser to another one does that work?  Like I said this is likely a permission that needs to be given for the browser.

I think I found the problem.

I Was Scrolling Through The Logs (Yes I debug), And I Found That In The Last Line, I Was Trying To Launch adsklicensingmanager.exe at a path, but that path was an empty Folder.

@theorginalprattay @Have you tried changing the default browser as I had suggested a few posts before ?
There are a couple of other things to try but want to know about the browser.

@theorginalprattay OK. If other browser is also not working, then here are two things to start with and see what the results are before we can go any further. I did see the post about you reading the logs.

1. Do you have other Autodesk products on your machine?
2. Can you right click on your launcher and "Run as an admin" and see if that makes a difference?
3. We have seen this kind of behavior with Webview2? If you go into your add/remove programs and remove the current WEbView2 and see if you can reinstall the latest one - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/#download-section?

Does any of the above solution help? If they do not then after you have tried these pelase do the following:

1. Go to add/remove programs
2. Select Fusion 360 - Modify
3. This will launch the Fusion service utility
4. Run the "reset Fusion 360"
5. Now launch Fusion and click on sign in- it likely will not work
6. Now go back to the service utility
7. Run gather system info
8. This will generate two zip files.

Can you attach the diagnostics logs.zip file in here, please?

Can you confirm if you have uninstalled AutoCAD 2024? If not can you uninstall it? Now use Fusion and see if it makes a difference?
