Fusion 360 Black Screen (GPU driver not compatible)

hi, all

i didn't have black screen problem before. i didn't update or upgrade anything but my windows maybe did it automatically. so after i turned on my laptop and opened fusion 360 the schematic and board turned black. i google this problem and disabled my graphic card. and so it worked. i read that i should update upgrade everything. my autodesk access, my autocad, my GPU driver and windows update. after that i enabled the GPU again, then i got black screen again. so it was obviously GPU compatibility issues. here's my laptop dxdiag

so what do u think about this problem. everything is up to date. i don't know whether it is a bug or incompatibility problem of new patch from windows, AMD and autodesk

Hi! The hardware spec looks fine. The black screen may be caused by several things. It is hard to tell at the moment. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is updated. Your system RAM is adequate but not abundant. Try a test real quick. Disable or unload all other applications in Windows. Enable the graphics card. Start Fusion 360. Does the black screen go away?
