Hi @Anonymous,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
This feels like a graphics problem to me. By default - the Fusion background is white. Can you please go to the Help menu in the top-right corner of Fusion and select Graphics Diagnostic. What graphics card are you using? It is possible it is too weak to run Fusion.
Regarding changing background color - if you navigate to the toolbar along the bottom of Fusion you will see Display settings. In here you can change the Environment which will change the background color.
I'm facing this exact same issue with the program. The program is saying that my driver is outdated, but I already checked and everything is up to date. Also my laptop specs are higher that whats required for the 360 installation. Can you help me out with this?
HI @Anonymous ,
Do you have dual graphics cards on your machine? If so, do you have the option when right-clicking the Desktop Icon for Fusion 360 to "Run with Graphics Processor".
Thanks,
Hi @Anonymous ,
Your graphics card that is displayed in your screenshot does not surpass our minimum requirements. The minimum is a dedicated graphics card with at least 2 GB of memory. The screenshot shows an onboard Intel chipset which are generally very weak graphics.
Thanks,
