Fusion 360 - Application can not start after successful sign in

My previous laptop loaded F360 fine. My new laptop (macbook pro)...I can sign in successfully; but, get an error when the application tries to load. I tried to re-install F360 client, but the precheck states that I already have the lastest software installed and will not let me re-install the software. Report ID# 739766501

Hi @stuart_riggs,

 

In that Popup screen, you press cancel.

Press open.

I did cancel, but it did not open. Did you view my attachment (video screenshot)?

When I pressed cancel, I do not see an 'open' button.

Use the checkbox an Open Autodesk Identity Manager.app

It finally came up after doing it multiple times. But, I constantly get the 'Autodesk Identity Manager Error Report' windows popping up (see attached photo)

Hi @stuart_riggs,

 

Close the whole explore or maybe a restart of your pc.

After restart start Fusion 360 and place the check marker and click OPEN Autodesk Indentify Manager not the CANCEL button.

I tried it but, (see attached video) that window does not come up anymore to check that box. It opens the app and then that annoying window pops up. When I close that window, it continues to pop up.
