Fusion 360 - Application can not start after successful sign in

My previous laptop loaded F360 fine. My new laptop (macbook pro)...I can sign in successfully; but, get an error when the application tries to load. I tried to re-install F360 client, but the precheck states that I already have the lastest software installed and will not let me re-install the software. Report ID# 739766501
