Fusion 360 15min to +1hr Startup Time

I've gone through some of the other support forum posts regarding slow startups to address the issues but I'm not seeing any significant improvements in startup time.  I'm consistently getting startup times of 15 to 30mins with some upwards of +1hr startup times.  This has been going on for a couple months at this point and has become such a problem that I've practically stopped using Fusion 360.  I had similar startup issues in the past year, after troubleshoot I had no success and then it randomly improved a few weeks later.

Recently I've tried the following:

1. Run as administrator when starting.

2. Clean install the automatic clean tool with firewalls and smartscreen disabled

3. Set up firewall and antivirus exclusions according to this previously posted guideline, followed by a clean install using the automatic clean tool and restart.

4.  After #3, startup in offline mode, startup time was maybe 10-15min, returning to online mode in 3-4 minutes after I was able to access the settings.

5.  In this last round of clean installs I've avoid force closing the app while starting up as noted this similar post

System Info AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz, AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB, 8GB RAM, 237GB SSD (+60GB Free), Windows 10 Pro

I've attached the logs since the most recent install.  Just as a note the program froze for 15-20secs while retrieve the logs.

@Anonymous When you have Fusion launched can you go into About- Diagnostics & Support - Get diagnostic log files and attach the zip file it generates in there? Those will contain more logs that will help to understand what could be happening.

@Anonymous Sorry for the delayed response. The log files shows that it could be a potential DNS/network configuration that is causing this problem. I see that you manually tried to go offline and that did not help as well.

Could of things you can try to narrow this down:

1. Can you disconnect/ restart your router to see if that makes a difference

2. Close Fusion - Go to %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\NMachineSpecificOptions.xml (delete this xml) and now launch Fusion. Does it help to make things faster?

With regards to Item 2,

I have two files named NMachineSpecificOptions.xml one located in AppData\Local\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Filelock, and the other in sub-folder AppData\Local\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Filelock\KZJ...

Should I delete them both?

Restarting the router fixed it, 25sec startup...go figure the stereotypical turning it off and on again solution worked.  What doesn't make sense is that I have reset the router at least once in the last month and I did not see any improvements and I also didn't see an improvement starting in offline mode?

@Anonymous Glad to know that the router restart fixed the issue. I don't have an answer for why resetting it last time did not help. The logs did show that this could be a DNS issue.

So resetting the router fixes it but I have to reset my router every single time I start Fusion 360, otherwise, I'm back to 10-15 min startup times/crashes.  Is there anything else you can extract from the log files that would help me troubleshoot this?  Could there be other possible problems with my hardware or service provider?  I'm looking online for similar solutions but if this has been addressed elsewhere in the forums a link would be greatly appreciated.

Thank,

Attached are the most recent diagnostic logs.
