fushion shutting down

Ok so I got a small issue.  In order to get fushion to boot up I have to turn off my wifi.  Once im up and running i can turn my wifi on.  If i leave it on fushion will close from time to time.  to get around this i have been working offline and i have no problems. When i got to save i go back online untill it saves then switch it back offline.  im thinking this problem has to do with my Mcafee.  What should i do to fix this problem?  Im not all that great with computers so keep that in mind when trying to help me.  I just paid for Mcafee so i didnt really want to delete that but i feel that may be my problem.   What should i do?

The best test if it is McAfee is to temporarily disable it and see what Fusion does. Its certainly possible, if not probable that is the issue. If it ends up being McAfee then you'll need some sort of exception in the programs list for it to allow Fusion to work.
If that doesn't work, we will need to see your log files to know more, which i can guide you through collecting via here:

I'll need all of them or at least the applogs. Are you getting warnings that Fusion cannot go online?

No warnings it just closes.  Also if on wifi when i open fushion it starts to open and then boom its gone.

I didn't see anything obvious, which was what i was hoping for. That being said it still could be a network configuration or the anti-virus shutting down/blocking Fusion. Has Fusion worked before on this computer?

I worked great at first.  Seems like it started acting up right after my antivirus free trial was up and i purchesed a subscription to it.  Its a company computer and my boss wanted antivirus on it.  Do you think i should try and delete Mcafee?  I guess i can alway redownload it back on if it dont solve my issue.

Might be worth a test at the very least. If it works without the AV, we know it is the issue and can figure out how to add an exception.

So Mcafee is no longer on my computer and i have the same issue.  If connected to the internet fushion will not open and if i disconnect it opens right up.

Okay that is somewhat telling, though i'd have hoped for it to work 😂. I'm looking back through the logs after asking @matt.pooley and he suggested making sure its up to date, which your Fusion 360 is not. The current version is 2.0.12392 and you are 2.0.12376. What i'd do is go to manage.autodesk.com download the latest streamer and run the installer, it should install the latest update in the case that live updater seems to be failing.
