Fully constrained sketch looses constraints after changing outside parameters

Hello, I would need help as soon as possible.
I will attach file with which I'm having problems. Problem is that changing angle in first sketch of the historry tree causes the last sketch to loose all of the constraints and acts like nothing was constrained. I don't know what's going on, nor how to solve it. Tried asking professors at school, but we couldn't resolve the problem.  Btw, small changes in angle don't cause any problems. You can try changing it to 15 or 40 degrees. This two will do the damage for sure.

I think this is a bug relating to the conic curves you are using. @Phil.E please.

It escapes me though why you would use conic curves for this. If you use arcs I doubt this would happen.

Edit: Actually, this also happens when the conic curves are replaced with arcs.

Gradually increasing the angle will work.

But larger steps will result in failure.

Conic curves are not parametric, AFAIK.

@Phil.E the Rho value isn't, but the point locations should be.

This is just happening when the angle change exceeds some limit, and it doesn't compute correctly.

Thanks for providing a design. I'll log it and for now make small incremental changes so the design can update and compute correctly. (FUS-118841)
