Fresh install of Windows 10 & Fusion 360 - Will Not Start

I have been trying for a few days now to get the Fusion 360 Lab Install exe to work. I have a laptop with a fresh install of Windows 10 Enterprise X64 1909 with a fresh download of the Fusion 360 Lab installer.

Fusion 360 appears to install correctly, but when you run it (with any user account with any level of privileges), nothing ever launches. There are no errors during the install.

I have ran through everything in this support document (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...) with zero success.

Anyone else running into these problems?

Further testing: Works fine on a different laptop with only one discreate graphics card.

The laptop that is having problems has an integrated Intel graphics with a discreate AMD FirePro.

Will be testing soon with a desktop with discreate graphics.

Have you contacted our education support team about this? (I want to refer to your case number if you have).

For the lab install that doesn't work, can you please gather log files?

Please let us know if you discover anything else along the way. Glad to help.

Thanks for the reply!

I have not opened a case yet, but it appears that I have discovered the problem. It seems to be the integrated and discreate graphics built into the laptop (it is a Dell Precision 7510). Turning off the GPU switching settings in the BIOS to effectively disable the Intel graphics and to just use the AMD FirePro graphics fixed the problem.

However, these laptops have been fine for a few years running Fusion 360 with the graphics switching turned on. And get reimaged every year. Something must have changed in the program.
