im also having the same issues and it all started after i did the last mandatory update to the fusion software. my internet comes from my phone hotspot and this is how i always done it with no issues, time and settings relating factors are all the same nothing has change and my educational subscription in active so there should be no issues running this program in my windows 8 surface pro2
