Freezing at start - solution

Hi,

I had an issue with my Windows 11 notebook. When I started Fusion 360, it initially launched, but then froze while loading my projects. Only the sketch grid was visible.

After reinstalling several times and following the full troubleshooting guide, yet still encountering the same issue, I had another idea:

 

  • Uninstalling Fusion 360
  • Registry Editor -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Autodesk -> delete folders "Fusion 360 CAM" and "Fusion360"

Maybe this will help someone, but try at your own risk.

@r-s-o-7 Do you have multiple monitors connected by any chance?

Hi,

yes all my devices have multiple monitors, but the problem occured after months using Fusion 360 and only at one device. I couldn't recreate it since I used this method.
