freezing and hanging

Hello dear Fusion team i use free fusion 360 on my Imac late 2015 quad core i5 3.1 Ghz. After the last update my software is freezing and hanging. Yesterday it was not like that today i am having issues.

Hello brother 

I attached a video where I perform normal things but software now is working very heavily. 
After some time Fusion gave me a notification about limiting graphics for optimizing performance, and i checked it. After checking that button my computer is working well. However,  one thing that is interesting how it was working well yesterday now asking limiting graphics today. Is this because of update or anything else?
