Free trial expiry deleted files

Hello

 

I have a small issue with the Fusion 360 Free Trial. Roughly a year ago, I started a free trial and designed a piece of furniture. Today I wanted to retrieve my design, but I was met with a "Your Mail has to be verified" message and a completely new trial. Now, I really think giving me another 30 days is very generous, but I also have lost my design stored in the cloud. Is this an expected behaviour? If no could you please let me know if something can be done to restore the data?

 

To clarify further, I did not create a new account today, the old username and password worked as expected.

I suggest you check for your files on the Fusion 360 web database.  Using your Autodesk ID and password that you used when creating the files you are looking for, log into database site.  Then once logged in, look down the left hand side and find the Fusion 360 icon.  Clicking this should show all files you own in the cloud.  Below is a screen capture of the beginning log in screen and the second window showing the Fusion 360 icon to enter the database.
