Free Trial Expired, Trying to get education license to sync.

Hello,

I started creating an education use account a month ago. I did not think that my school would work for the verification, so I gave up and simply used the free trial. Now the trial has expired. I recently tried harder to get my education use verified with my school, and I was successful. I received the email telling me that this was successful. However, when I open fusion 360, it still says trial expired. I have tried re-signing in, re-installing, and following the orange trial expired button to view educational license options, and to the subscribe page. Nothing has worked.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

-Shea

I'm not sure what you mean by "the form." I tried the link and it just takes me to the educational support page.

Thanks

After a few days, the account synced and I was able to get into fusion again. No need for other actions.

I've had an educational license for years.  I put a ticket in at expiring in 28 days ... now 17.  No useful support.  My edu account is refreshly renewed many days ago. Reinstalled several time.  So far looks like all our project will be lost from 3 years of work.  Installed Solid Edge today and starting to train a small group here to move since all of our work will be lost and ACAD does not care since it's an unpaid account.
