Free orbit and toolbar gone after update?

Hello,

I came in this morning to no longer having the Pan/orbit toolbar at the bottom of the screen, and only being able to find "Constrained orbit" through the mouse, which seems to be be very glitchy and jumpy.  I typically would select "Free Orbit" from the toolbar which is no longer there.  Is there a way to revert back to this previous layout?  Thanks, Dan

So, mine actually showed hide Navigation Bar. Solution for me was to minimize the page and it showed up in the bottom screen, the screen was zoomed in.
