Forums to Facebook to Forums - Pilot is now Live!

Dear Community Members!

Today we are launching a new way to access and engage in posts in some of your favorite Product Forums!

We are launching this new feature initially to the AutoCAD Forum, Revit Architecture Forum, Fusion 360 Support Forum and the Inventor Forum.

Posts will be syndicated from your favorite forum board to a dedicated, members only, Facebook Group so that you can read new posts, reply or post a question from the easy to use, mobile friendly Facebook interface.

You will notice some differences on the boards where the syndication tool is implemented:

• You will see these icons to indicate that a post has been syndicated to or from the forum board - 

• You will also see a new username frequently posting in the forum, ICS_ADMIN, this is the syndication system account and all posts syndicated from the new Facebook group will be displaying with this username.

Over the years we have had many requests for a better and easier way to access the forums from a mobile device so that you can ask a question or reply from anywhere, at your convenience.
