When trying to covert a form to a body, it displays one of 2 errors either: "T-spline Surface is invalid. Delete from browser" or "Floating point overflow. Have use repair tool many times to no avail. Have also used hole fill and merging edges/vertices tools frequently.
Just looking at your screenshots I'd say that there are too many n-gons in your design.
Auto-repair will not be able to compensate for inappropriate topology;-)
Please re-upload your design. Fusion 360 encounters some XML error when opening it on either of my computers (MacBook Pro and PC).
