For those seeking "flow on a surface" from Rhino...

Although flow on a surface would be incredible for Fusion 360, watch this video all the way to the end. It helped me achieve what Rhino's "flow on a surface" command achieves.. I love backdoors.

You can also use sheet metal to flow pre-existing 3d shapes along a surface. See this post and the rest of the thread. Some of what the thread covers can now be done with emboss but not bending an existing body.
