As you can see all exploded correctly except for the capital F. Can someone please tell me what's going on and how can i Fix it, Thanks.
I'm not seeing that in a quick test:
What size were you using, and could you share your file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Hmm, I see that your file is not exploded, however, I still cannot reproduce that issue with varying sizes of text. That said, I did find the section on the "F" that is not joined properly:
As you can see in the images above, I used some sketch lines to narrow down the area of failure.
Delete and redraw that selected line and you will have a closed contour.
