I cannot tell you why the bend and fold lines do not export to the DXF but I can tell you a workaround. Take the flat pattern to a 1:1 2D drawing and export from there. It works fine using this method.

Seems to have something to do with the unfold\fold at the end of the timeline. If I roll the timeline back before the unfold\fold and create a flat pattern the DXF exports corectly.
You have 3 unfold\refolds in the timeline, are they just to check it unfolds? Might be worth deleting those when you're finished.
Seems to work without those
