Folder missing!

Hello,

So I have a folder that is missing. I can search the file and find it that way. I can also save the file and find the folder that way. It doesn't exist in the side bar otherwise.

Any ideas? Thank you

The screenshot doesn't tell us much. There are a lot of factors that could go into it not being there.

Any file you search in the data panel should show its location if you click the 'version number':

Just make sure your search is set to 'all data' as you're filtering by 'joined by me' which is a very limiting filter.

Okay, I think I've found something. I poked around a bit and couldn't figure out how to fix anything.

If I go to my files online, the two Folders I'm missing have a different Icon. I tried clicking the 3 dots next to it to see if there was a selection to send it to the actual Fusion program, but couldn't. FusionIssueOnlineFiles.png

This screenshot also does not tell me much as most of it is a blank white screen. You cannot send something to Fusion, you could open in desktop - but what is on the web is what is in Fusion.

Are the designs shown on web?

So you see the icon next to Fuel systems that is grey, also next to Lawn mower leveling blade? Those two folders are not showing up at all in the actual app for fusion. I can do a search and select the files from there, but they are not available in the browser. I will open up an issue with fusion, I just always thought you were supposed to try in the forum first.

The icon just means the project has an image added to the project details.

In your Fusion screenshot you had 'joined by me' set in your project filters. its likely those projects are created by someone else (including the Bot). I'm guessing they are the Admin/Default projects renamed if not created by another user.

@garrettF9Q8X i looked at both projects on the backend -

My suspicion was correct. The filter in Fusion is/was set to 'joined by me' only those projects are "Folder-Level". You'll need to view 'All projects' in Fusion to see them.

Gotcha. So I must've accidently clicked the drop down selection and changed it from All Projects. Thank you! I was racking my brain trying to figure out what the hell I did. I don't ever mess with that Filter Bar so didn't even know I could do that.
