Strange bug with flyout windows.... Using Win10, changed my display settings to show taskbar on primary display only. Flyout windows are now missing when trying to edit operations, using inspect measuring tool, and I'm sure there are others. They are not hidden on the second screen, nor are they dragged off screen by accident. Going back to display settings and re-enabling taskbar to all screens will magically pop up the flyout window on the primary display as if it was always there.
