How can i make this to a flat pattern?

Is it Sheet Matal part?

Needs to have edges perpendicular to faces.

Yep, looks like it was made with Loft.

If not converting, will be the non square edge (right side of pic) or not constant thickness, holding you back.

Hi,

1. for conversion into sheet metal part, the thickness of the component must be constant. This is not the case here.

2. in addition, there must be a flat surface for unfolding, which can be added additively perpendicular to a flat edge.

Why do you have Capture Design History turned off?

 

Turn history back on

remodel the part from scratch with history and then re-attach the new attempt here.
