Flat pattern error

Hi. I am trying sheet metal for the first time and seem to be a bit stuck.  Hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to get a flat pattern but am getting an error.

I added a tiny amount to EdgeFlange6 so that EdgeFlange7 does not merge faces.
