Flat Pattern error

Hi,

I can't create a Flat Pattern on this sheet metal in the picture (which I can't upload for some reason below here, thus I attached it). Though I am curious why it doesn't work, I realized it has to do with the last flange command I performed. When I go back to the previous state, it does create a Flat Pattern. What is the reason it gives an error? Unfold command still works without problem. So, if Unfold works why not Flat Pattern? Below you can also find the file. I would appreciate any explanation.

Worked for me.

But I did not see a Flat Pattern feature in the part that you Attached - so I could not determine which face you selected as your stationary face.

Hmmm, I do get a warning however...

Really interesting. I tried and failed again but realized that when reopen the new exported file of mine (attached) and activate the Flat Pattern it shows up. However there is a warning sign both in your file and mine. And it says "Compute failed. Check the body and parameters". Why so? I can't see any parametric mistake.

I see some issues that would not pass my quality checks - but it might be awhile till I get time to remodel the part from scratch using my techniques.

Keep bumping this to the top - I have to get my paying work done before I can work on this one.

My inquiry was more to understand how Fusion works. Your design seems good enough. However, I still can't see anything to explain the error. Might it be a bug?

Also, I figured only one part of the bend causes the error and when I not select that part on the bend flat pattern works fine:
