Fix without lock the postition?

I have imported an SVG logo that i would like to center on a part and emboss. This one would take forever to constraint.

Well i could ofcourse use the Fix constraint but then i won't be able to move it.

So, is it possible to lock the shape and dimensions without locking the position?

Create a Component and then import the SVG into it.  Leave the Fix sketch constraint on the SVG created sketch.  You can Move, Align or use Joints on the Component to move it where you desire.  A sample model is attached.
