First run on new PC...will not start

I have been a Fusion 360 user for almost a year at home...I installed it onto my work machine so I can print drawings at work, I know there are lots of IT security things and I am not a local administrator on my machine. I downloaded and installed with no issues or errors. When I try to start, it goes to the blank window and sits there, with the not responding message. I looked thru the log files and do not see any errors. Can I send someone my log files to help diagnose? I wonder if I need to add a certain website to the list of trusted sites?
