fillets failing after combining bodies

Hello and salutations, since yesterday, I am experiencing an issue with the fillet command in fusion, I never had this problem before, any fillet applied on a curved edge of a solid body will fail as soon as the body is combined with another. goes like this: 1: create first solid body apply fillets results are as expected, 2: create second body, apply fillets, results are as expected, 3: combine bodies, fillets on the tool body fail, same result if you select the last body created as target, fillets on the other body seems inaffected but become crappy after a time.

Hello Günther. Thank you very much for reaching to me, attached the .f3d, also I noticed that within the combine command, fillets seem to behave better when the last edited body is used as the target, maybe this means something... but anyway, when zooming on the fillets the deformation becomes evident. Thank you for your time and kind understanding.

Looks like a graphics problem,

drivers up to date, up to specification?

Try, Right Click Menu, Display Detail (or similar)> set to high.

Might help….

Normally you would combine all your bodies before applying your final fillets.  I combined all your bodies into one without any existing fillet failures.  The Combine will get rid of all Appearances which are also normally done at the end of your modeling project.  Also, if you increase the Display Detail Control value, right click on the final body, it will smooth out for you.  I would advise not leaving this setting as it is a visual hungry setting.  Model is attached.

Yes, strange, maybe I never noticed it before, ...drivers are up to date, settings are ok.

anyway found a workaround that gave results and "repair" bad looking fillets, I simply edit the feature in the timeline but and just hit OK, like a refresh.

Thanks gentlemen and have a great day.
