Fillet Issues

I cant seem to create a 1.5" fillet around the bottom 3 extrudes.

Hi! I believe this has something to do with the edges right above the cutouts. The neighboring faces along the edges are not tangentially continuous. You need to create a fillet (1") on those edges first. Then the cutout edges can be filleted.
