Fillet Edge Reference Lost When Changing Angle Parameter

I have a parametric design of a keyboard keycap with parameters to select a specific keyboard row. These selectors activate other parameters which adjust the angle and height of the keycap top.
For some reason, when I activate the row 1 selector which has a steeper angle, the fillet at the base of the keycap stem (Stem Base Filet) breaks, giving the error "The edge reference is lost, try editing this feature to reselect the lost edge." None of the geometry that makes up the fillet edge is lost or removed when this happens. I can easily edit the fillet and re-select the same edge and it fixes everything. The issue is that this design will be used by others who will need to change between different rows, and won't know how to fix errors in Fusion 360 so I need this fillet to remain in tact when those parameters are changed.
Fusion 360 seems to be unable to keep track of the edge for some reason even though the geometry in the body that make up the edge does not go away, so this seems to be a bug.
I've attached the .f3d file and screencast. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
