Whenever I make a fillet, these weird lines appear, and I don't know how to remove them. I want the fillet that has no lines and just the curvature. Thanks.

You probably have your Display Settings on Shaded with Visible Edges Only. This will show all the edges where the fillet transitions to another surface. Change to Shaded and they will not appear.
