Fill in Cutout Circles in Sphere with Indents

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to fill in these cutout circles in a sphere I've designs so they can be replaced with indents

These are the cutouts I'm trying to fill and replace with an indent on the outside. They were made by extruding cylinders from the center of the circle and creating a pattern.

This is the type of indent I'm trying to create. It marks the position where a drill needs to happen, but doesn't create a through hole that's impossible to demold. This was easier to create because the sketch to create these holes could happen on the flat surface of the lip, wheres I couldn't create a sketch on the outside of the sphere:

What's the best way to accomplish this using the cuts I already have? I've attached a 3D model and my project for reference.

I find it hard to decipher what you want the end result to look like.

Laborious but you can Create a sphere as a cutting tool. You'll need to Construct a point and then a plane on which to drop the sphere.
