I have files I have created a few months ago as a paying user and today the files suddenly "basic access" and I have been a paying user for a couple years. Is there anyway I can sort this out? I'm a paying user and there is not collaborations so this is very frustrating.

I am not an Autodesk Employee but I wanted to suggest a process that may rectify your Fusion 360 issue.  First thing to try you may have already tried.  Open Fusion 360 and go to your log on picture or name in the upper right hand corner and select Log Out from the context menu.

If that does not help, follow the process outlined on this webpage.
