Files not Uploading/Saving

Hello, I am currently having an issue with uploading and saving files on fusion.

To provide context, I am working on multiple files for a forth year engineering design project, where we have 20 students uploading files to the cloud, all working on the same team (not working from individual accounts).

Fusion will not allow me to upload or save files after working on them, it seems to put them into a queue that never progresses. I have found that this problem has happened to others on the forums as well. I have tried the solutions I found but nothing has worked. I have tried saving the files in offline mode then going back to online mode, I have tried canceling the queue with text commands (forced and not forced). When attempting to use the text commands to force the queue to end, it says there are no jobs in progress, however I have  a status at the bottom left of my screen with multiple jobs in queue, and when I try to close the application it says I must wait till the jobs are complete (they never finish so I have to end task in task manager to exit). I have also tried signing out and back in. I am able to export files locally, however I need them on the cloud so other students may use them.

This issue started when fusion updated last Saturday (2023/01/4).

Any advice?

Thanks.

@chriszagotsis Would you be able to provide log files on this machine? Help - Support and diagnostic - Diagnostic log files will generate a zip file. All, can you confirm you are on version 2.0.15299?

@chriszagotsis Thank you for the logs. I can certainly see some files stuck on the local machine but don't know yet on why they did not upload successfully. Here are a sequence of steps if you can try.

1. Launch Fusion 360
2. While it is launching press Ctrl+ Shift. It will open the Fusion service utility
3. Run the "Reset Fusion 360"
4. Now launch Fusion 360
5. At this time if you can capture logs and keep it
6. Now open one of the files that you have been using I believe was Shoulder ******.f3d
7. Make a very small change - save
8. Wait for a few seconds
9. Capture logs
10 . Close Fusion 360

Does it still tell that you have files that have not yet been uploaded? In #7 did you have a successful save?

@chriszagotsis Another question is, did you anytime work in Fusion 360 in offline mode?

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestions. I have tried the following steps, but got slightly differing results than usual. On the top tap of fusion it appears that it has successfully saved as the 'vX' pops up following the name of the file. However, on the left hand of the screen there is still a loading circle, as well as errors on the files I have previously tried to save.

However, when I try to close fusion it becomes apparent that they are still pending to upload as fusion says 'Cannont close until jobs in progress complete'.

I hope I correctly saved the logs as requested, as I am not to familiar with this function.

Thanks

@chriszagotsis Thanks for the new logs. It is showing that the file that you changed is not actually being uploaded back to the cloud.
Are you on a slow network by any change? Is there a way you can maybe switch to a hotspot and see if that completes the upload or restart your router and see if that improves the network?

Will keep digging into the logs for more information.

Well..

Thank you for all the help and solutions. I had no reason to believe it was my network as I know my download speeds are 500+ mbs. Turns out my ethernet driver seems to be the issue, throttling upload speed but not download speed. The issue has now been resolved with the help of your fixes and changing to wifi.

Thanks again.

@chriszagotsis Glad that you are able to save now and also complete uploads. I am going to talk with our engineering teams on some opportunities here for better messaging.
